Service Description
Expert marking and detailed feedback for GCSE Maths mock examinations, delivered by a mathematics specialist. This service provides school leaders with accurate data and students with actionable insights to improve performance in KS4. Analysis includes score breakdowns and identification of specific curriculum gaps.
Cancellation Policy
Continuum Education Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policies Booking Policy All bookings for Continuum Education services, including tuition, consultancy, intervention programmes, mock examinations, training sessions and school support packages, must be confirmed in advance through the approved booking system or via written agreement. Bookings are confirmed only once payment, deposit or written confirmation has been received. Session times and dates are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Clients are responsible for ensuring all booking details are accurate at the time of confirmation. For school and trust services, purchase orders or signed agreements may be required before delivery. Continuum Education reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary. Payment Policy Full payment or agreed deposit must be made before services commence unless otherwise agreed in writing. Monthly tuition invoices are issued at the start of each month and are payable within 14 days. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services. All pricing is subject to review and may vary depending on project scope, delivery requirements and travel. Cancellation Policy Tuition & Small Group Sessions A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Missed sessions without notice will be charged in full. Continuum Education will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative session where possible, but this cannot be guaranteed. Consultancy, CPD & School Support Cancellations made more than 7 days before delivery may be rescheduled without additional charge. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service may incur up to 50% of the agreed fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery may be charged in full. Any non-recoverable costs already incurred, including travel or resource production, may also be charged. Waitlist Policy Where services are fully booked, clients may join a waitlist. Waitlist places are offered in the order requests are received. Clients contacted from the waitlist must confirm acceptance within the stated timeframe. If no response is received, the place may be offered to the next client. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a place. Late Arrival Policy Sessions will finish at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival. Excessive lateness may result in cancellation of the session without re
